Business impact

The Operational Cost of an Unmanaged Queue.

Wait time shapes how customers judge your service. Without a system, it cannot be measured or managed.

Service desk workstation with a headset.
  • Higher Throughput Tickets routed to counters by service rule. No idle counters while customers wait.
  • Staff Planning Wait and service times reported by hour and branch. Rosters are set on measured demand.
  • Priority Handling Priority lanes enforced by system rule. Applied consistently, not by staff judgement.
  • Better Service Estimated wait time published to every customer. Uncertainty at the counter is removed.
  • Counter Accountability Service time recorded per counter. Performance is measured, not assumed.
  • Standard Processes One queueing standard across all branches. Service levels and data are comparable branch to branch.
  • Process & Compliance Service steps reviewed and bottlenecks removed per transaction type. Requirements are met by design, not by reminder.
  • Maximized Performance Documented service standards and live queue monitoring. Branch performance is measured, maintained and improved.

A queue that is not measured cannot be staffed accurately, and staffing is the largest cost in the branch.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

What is a queue management system?

A queue management system issues tickets on arrival, routes each customer to the correct counter and displays who is being served. It also records the duration of each stage, which provides the data for staffing decisions.

How much does a queueing system cost in the Philippines?

Cost depends on the number of branches, counters and displays, and on whether you already own the hardware. A QR-based deployment requires no kiosks and costs less than a kiosk-and-signage installation. Scope is agreed before a quotation is issued.

Do we need kiosks, or can customers use their phones?

Both options are supported. QR ticketing lets customers join the queue from their own phone, with no hardware on site. Many branches operate both, to serve customers who prefer not to use a phone.

Can it handle priority lanes for senior citizens and PWD?

Yes. Priority categories are configured per branch and applied automatically at ticketing. Priority is enforced by system rule, not left to staff discretion.

Does it work across multiple branches?

Yes. Each branch runs its own queue, while wait time, service time and throughput are reported centrally on a common measure. This makes branch performance directly comparable.
