What is an event registration system?
An event registration system collects sign-ups and payment online, issues each attendee a scannable ticket, and validates that ticket at the door. Because registration and check-in share one record, you have a verified record of who registered and who attended.
How does QR check-in work?
Each confirmed registration receives a unique QR code by email. At entry, the code is scanned with a phone or tablet and validated against the register in real time. A code that has already been used will not admit a second person.
Can we collect payment during registration?
Yes, through card, e-wallet or bank transfer gateways. Tickets are issued automatically once payment clears, removing manual confirmation and collection risk on the day.
Does it work without internet at the venue?
Yes. Check-in can operate against a locally cached register and synchronise afterwards, so a weak venue connection does not interrupt entry. We still recommend confirming venue connectivity during planning.
