Our approach

Structured Deployment Methodology.

Most infrastructure failures originate at specification. That stage is resolved first.

  1. STEP 01

    Site Assessment

Power, coverage, layout and actual usage are surveyed on site.

  2. STEP 02

    Solution Specification

Equipment is selected against measured workload, not a standard catalogue tier.

  3. STEP 03

    Installation & Commissioning

Deployed and tested with your operation still running wherever possible.

  4. STEP 04

    Training & Handover

Handed over to your operating team, with complete documentation.

  5. STEP 05

    Continuous Support

Monitored and maintained, with response times agreed in advance.

Business impact

The Business Impact of Unplanned Infrastructure.

Poorly specified infrastructure causes downtime at peak demand and ties up capital.

Servers Security Network Backup Devices Training Single Deployment one accountable vendor
  • Reliability Capacity specified against peak load. Performance holds at your busiest hour, not just the average.
  • Cost Control Equipment sized to measured requirements. No spend on capacity you will never use.
  • Resilience Backup and recovery tested before go-live. Recovery is proven before an incident, not after.
  • Accountability One team for hardware and software. A single point of responsibility for every issue.
  • Adoption Staff trained at handover. Teams are productive from the first week.
  • Continuity Configuration fully documented. Operations do not depend on any one person.
  • Process & Compliance Access, backup and security policies defined and enforced. Infrastructure gaps stop limiting performance.
  • Maximized Performance Documented environment and continuous monitoring. Capacity and uptime are measured, maintained and improved.

Software that performs in a demonstration and fails in production usually has an infrastructure cause. We specify, install and take responsibility for both.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

Do we have to buy hardware through you?

No. You can use equipment you already own or source it from your own supplier. We verify that it meets the requirement and is configured correctly.

Should we host on-premise or in the cloud?

It depends on your connectivity and how critical the system is. Where operations must continue during an internet outage, a local server with a cloud backup is often the right configuration.

What happens if equipment fails after installation?

It is covered by a support agreement established during the project. Response times, spare units and warranty handling are agreed in advance.

Can installation happen without stopping operations?

In most cases, yes. Installation is phased by area or scheduled around your shifts. Where a brief shutdown is required, it is planned with you in advance.
